One of my favourite shows of all time is Friends, and in one of the early episodes Janice (the one of the annoying laugh) and Joey go out together for a day to try and get Joey to be able to tolerate Janice – and Janice called the day ‘Joey and Janices day of fun’. Whenever Ken and I go out for a fun day I always say as we set off, Pam and Ken’s day of fun!
So I thought it would be nice to share some of those days with you all and to have a place where you can catch up with us and what we’ve been up to – I will add photos as well.

Hi, i read your blog occasionally and i own a similar one and i was just curious if you get a lot of spam comments?If so how do you stop it, any plugin or anything you can advise?I get so much lately it's driving me mad so any support is very much appreciated.

I do get a few spam comments but I just move them straight to the spam folder from moderation.
